Hanbang nokdu baeksuk (herbal duck soup with mung beans) is a particularly popular dish. It features medicinal herbs such as milk vetch roots, matrimony vine, and licorice, as well as mung beans and duck boiled for a long time. The soup and the meat are deeply nourishing.
